It has taken us 20 years of hard work to achieve the scenery we have on the hills of Bure. Facing a mass of uninterrupted grapevines between cherry trees and other local trees, the winery ‘Tenuta Ugolini’ is an antique colonial house that has recently been restructured. A beautiful entrance, with an ample sized terrace with panoramic views is the best ways to welcome any visitor to the area. Even the most distracted traveller could find a reason to stop here in this quiet corner of Valpolicella to taste a delicious glass of wine.

The ancient fireplace is dominated by the eagle of the Lombard – Venetian Kingdom, witness of the Austrian occupation of the Villa in the 19th century. Today the Blue Room is the most exclusive and precious room and welcomes up to sixteen people for the wine tastings.
Warm and elegant, the Red Room is dedicated to the archangel Micheal Calda ed elegante, la Sala Rossa è dedicata all’arcangelo Michele, principe delle milizie celesti e patrono della Villa. Il pregiato arazzo sul focolare ritrae San Michele glorioso dopo la sconfitta di Satana. Questa sala può accogliere fino a dodici persone.

The ancient kitchen of the villa became the most intimate and familiar tasting room. A maximum of four people can take a seat at the table and sink their hands into the medieval history of the villa, back to the 12th century when it served as a simple farmhouse for the abbey of San Zeno Maggiore.
Spacious and bright, the Ivory Room was once the barn of the Villa and can now accommodate up to twenty-four people for tastings. This room has been refurbished in a modern key, while enhancing the oldest material: the warm local stone in which our vineyards still have their roots.

Built during the Habsburg domination, our portico accommodates up to fourteen people for tasting. The three large maps on the walls, created by artist Luigi Scattolin, offer the visitor an organic vision of our land: the Fumane Valley, the Valpolicella Classica, the entire beautiful country.
During summer, our terrace offers tasting’s guests an unforgettable view of this corner of Valpolicella, nestled among the vineyards and olive groves of Colle San Michele.
